Court Rejects Nida Khan’s Anticipatory Bail in TCS Nashik Harassment and Conversion Case

In a major development, a court has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Nida Khan, a prime accused in the alleged sexual harassment and forced religious conduct case at Tata Consultancy Services’ Nashik unit. The prosecution emphasized the need for custodial interrogation, calling the offence serious in nature.According to the FIR, employees were allegedly pressured to follow specific religious practices, while multiple cases of harassment are under investigation. With nine FIRs registered, eight arrests made, and Khan currently absconding, a Special Investigation Team is now probing the matter.
