Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman addresses Global Fintech Fest, emphasizes global collaborations for economic stability

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman delivered a speech at the fourth edition of the Global Fintech Fest 2023, held at Mumbai's Jio World Convention Centre on September 5. Sitharaman stressed the importance of global collaborations among major economies for addressing the challenges of today's dynamic world. She emphasized the need for cooperation in strategic, economic, and other areas. The Global Fintech Fest (GFF23), organized by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Payment Council of India (PCI), and Fintech Convergence Council (FCC), took place from September 5 to 7. The event's theme was "Global Collaboration for a Responsible Financial Ecosystem: Inclusive | Resilient | Sustainable."
