Jammu and Kashmir L-G Manoj Singh met the kin of Rajouri terror victims and promised them all help. He also held a security review meeting after which he said that the terrorists who targeted the villagers won’t be spared. ‘Hisaab barabar karenge…’ he said in Hindi. Meanwhile, a day after the death of 4 Hindus in firing by tourists, a child was killed in an IED blast in the same village.
