India Tears Into Pakistan At UN, Calls Airstrikes On Afghanistan ‘Massacre’ And ‘Hypocrisy’
India sharply criticized Pakistan at the United Nations, accusing it of violating Afghanistan's sovereignty through airstrikes that caused civilian casualties. Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish said Pakistan cannot justify civilian deaths under the guise of counter-terrorism and called Islamabad's actions a display of hypocrisy. He also defended the UN mission in Afghanistan and said Pakistan's efforts to deflect blame for its failures would not succeed.
