No parole for rapists, murder convicts in Maharashtra

Rape convicts in Maharashtra will no longer be allowed to leave jail on parole, the state government has decided, after a convict in a notorious case in Mumbai - the murder of Pallavi Purkayastha - jumped parole earlier this year.
