SCO summit: India won't use Pakistan airspace for PM's flight

In a stern message to Pakistan, India said that it won't use the neighbouring country's airspace for PM Narendra Modi's flight to Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. The decision came a day after Pakistan allowed PM Modi's VVIP aircraft fly over its airspace to Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. India has decided that PM Modi will reach Bishkek via Central Asian countries bypassing the Pakistan airspace. The VVIP aircraft will now fly over Oman, Iran and Central Asian countries to reach Bishkek. The MEA spokesperson said, "The government of India had explored two options for the route to be taken by the VVIP aircraft to Bishkek. A decision has now been taken that the VVIP aircraft will fly via Oman, Iran and Central Asian countries on the way to Bishkek".
