Amid the tensions surrounding Nancy Pelosi's trip to Taiwan, United States of America’s National Security Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby on August 02 said that the nation will do nothing that will serve to heighten the stress. “We'll not engage in sabre-rattling. We will not do anything that will increase the tension. We would like to see the lines of communication with Beijing stay open,” he said.
