Among the awardees this year, are veteran actor Victor Banerjee, playback singer Sonu Nigam, filmmaker Chandraprakash Dwivedi and many others. Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam will be honoured with Padma Shri. The ace singer has dedicated the award to his late mother.
