Kathi Mahesh arrested for derogatory comments on Hindu God

Film critic and ex-Bigg Boss contestant Kathi Mahesh was taken into police custody during the late hours of Monday. Kathi Mahesh was reportedly arrested for his alleged derogatory comments on a Hindu god in one of his recent TV debate shows. Based on four different cases filed by pro-Hindu outfits in the Banjara Hills (Hyderabad) police station, Kathi Mahesh was reportedly issued notices under CrPc 41 and interrogated by the police.
