'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' famed actress Munmun Dutta turned a year older on September 28 and birthday greetings poured in for the actress from all corners. Munmun also took to her social media handle to share glimpses of her birthday celebration at home with her mother. Donning a beautiful metallic dress, Munmun looked radiant as she was all smiles for the camera. She captioned the post as 'Another year around the Sun Blessed to be alive , wise and healthy Thank you all for your love and wishes. Grateful heart Stay happy and blessed everyone. #happybirthdaytome #birthdaygirl'. Meanwhile, a few days ago, the actress's personal life was in news due to her alleged relationship with co-actor Raj Anadkat's . Social media was flooded with their memes and netizens were trolling both the actors due to their age gap of nine years. Later, taking to their respective social media handles, the duo broke their silence on the matter. Slamming netizens for cooking up false stories about him, Raj wrote, 'To everyone who has been constantly writing about me, THINK of the repercussions that can happen in my life because of your 'COOKED UP' (false) stories and that too about my life without any consent. All the creative people out there please channelise your creativity somewhere else it will be helpful to you. May God bless them with good sense'. Earlier, while reacting to these trolls, Munmun also shared an open letter to the general public and slammed 'literate' netizens for penning derogatory and insulting comments. She wrote, 'To the general public, I had far better expectations from you. But the FILTH that you have showered in the comment section, even from the so-called 'LITERATE' ones proves how regressive a society we are.' While lashing out at the netizens for age-shaming, slut-shaming and mom-shaming women in the name of humour, she further added, 'Women are constantly AGE SHAMED at the cost of YOUR humour. Whether YOUR humour drives someone to the edge of a mental breakdown or not, is NEVER your concern. 13 years of entertaining people and it didn't take 13 minutes for anyone of you to RIP MY DIGNITY APART. So next time someone is clinically depressed or driven to take their own lives, pause and think whether it was YOUR WORDS that drove that person to the edge or not.' She concluded by writing, 'Today, I am ashamed of calling myself a DAUGHTER OF INDIA.'
