LIVE | Goods Train Rams Into Mysuru-Darbhanga Bagmati Express; Coaches Derailed, Passengers Injured

An express train collided with a stationary goods train in Tamil Nadu's Kavarapettai. The Mysuru-Darbhanga Bagmati Express, carrying hundreds of passengers, derailed. Over a dozen passengers were injured, with many more feared trapped. Rescue teams rushed to the scene, racing against time to save lives. The train had crossed Ponneri station at 8:27 pm, unaware of the danger ahead. Probe is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
