Youth of May

Based on true events, this series follows the story of Hee Tae (Lee Do Hyun), whose academic brilliance earns him the admiration of Gwangju as he secures a top spot at Seoul National University College of Medicine. Alongside his fervently pro-democracy friend Kyung Soo, Hee Tae finds himself entangled in a risky venture – operating an underground clinic for students evading government scrutiny. However, fate takes an unexpected turn when Hee Tae, compelled by circumstance, agrees to an arranged meeting with a potential spouse, Myung Hee (Go Min Si), a struggling nurse, who also agrees to the meeting to raise funds for her studies in Germany.
