The controversy began after Twitch’s moderation team disabled both creators’ channels on October 24, citing a violation of community guidelines. Clips from the stream appear to show the two creators grabbing Said, lifting him onto a bed, and doing sexual actions as he visibly attempts to move away. The moments were widely circulated on X (formerly Twitter), reigniting debates over consent and accountability among online personalities.

Despite the uproar, both Lin and Spencer’s accounts were restored after just one day, a move that many viewers found unsettling.
