Holi is round the corners and our TV celebrities shares their views on Holi. Here we go...
Siddharth Shukla:Holi is the festival of colors. But I have always believed in playing a safe and eco holi. I always play a dry holi, I do not like to waste water.Use colors that are friendly for your skin as well. Silver paints and such are a big no-no for me.I would like to wish all my friends a safe and Happy Holi.”
Shama Sikander:Holi for me is an occasion that brings together people of all cultures. This festival of colours, for me is a symbol of love and togetherness. My childhood memories of Holi comprise of me running away and hiding from people as I used to be petrified of being doused in colours. I’ve started playing and enjoying Holi since last five years; I like to enjoy the occasion with my family and close friends. Every year on Holi, I go out with my friends, dance and binge on Holi delicacies.

Karishma Tanna: Holi for me is a festival of colors and a lot of fun and I look forward to perform at SAB TV’s Hum Sab Ki Holi Event. I will be performing a Neon act which is going to be a treat to watch as the act is very interesting and I am delighted that I am a part of it. On Holi, my best childhood memory was when we use to set up artificial rain in our society and enjoy Holi with all friends. But if you ask me now, I am not that fond of Holi as it spoils my skin and hair and this is the only message I would like to give everyone is that do not play Holi with artificial colors as it is harmful for your skin.
Kunal Karan Kapoor: Holi has always been a special festival for me and I have so many fun-filled memories associated with it. The fondest childhood memory of holi was spending time with my cousins, filling tubs of colored balloons the night prior to Holi and watching movies. I still recall playing pranks and throwing buckets of colored water from my terrace on my friends and cousins. As always, this year too I plan to keep it safe and enjoy without harming anyone. Siddharth Arora:Holi is a festival that unites people and displays the true colors of India. It bridges the gap between rich and poor as on the occasion each one is painted in the same color. I remember the times when I celebrated Holi back home in Banaras where I would indulge in playing holi with my friends and family; smearing colors, splashing colored water and dancing on popular Holi songs. Gia Manek:I have really good memories of Holi and I don’t forget to play it with my dear ones. The best memory of Holi is that one of my friend stays on the 15th floor and all of us had gone there and we threw colored water balloons, tomatoes and eggs from such a height at all the people who were playing Holi down in the society. This Holi was so much fun and I look forward to having the same fun even this Holi with my friends.

As a child, I have been a very naughty one and would throw water balloons on people passing by on the streets. I remember singing out loud holi songs and other smearing colors on my friends. This year, let the colors of Holi spread the message of peace and happiness.
Shefali Sharma:Holi is the day to express love with color. I love playing holi with my friends and family and eagerly look forward to it every year. This is my first holi in Mumbai while I am away from home. I will miss all the craziness and fun we had back in Amritsar but looking forward to celebrate it with new set of people here who are like my family now.
Neha Bagga:Holi is one of my favorite festivals. For me, Holi is a perfect mix of lavish sweets and lots of colours. As a child, I used to adore the story of Hiranyakashyap and Prahlada. I love the part where Prahlada is saved because of his faith in Lord Vishnu and how evil Holika is overcome by the flames. I will be celebrating Holi this year with the Gurbani family on the sets and then I will join my friends to have some colourful fun. Here’s wishing you a very happy holi.
Drashti Dhami:Holi is a festival of different colors of life, happiness, love and all other positive colors you want to paint your life with. I celebrate the festival with lots of sweets and brightness of colors. We ignite the Holika a day prior to Holi followed by puja and other customs. I am looking forward to celebrating the festival with my family and have lots of fun with them.
