How simple bathing practices are linked to planetary balance
With simple, traditional astrological rituals, there is often the idea of balancing ‘planetary energies’ and supporting overall well-being. This is the practice of incorporating natural elements into the bath water, where each ingredient is associated with specific planetary influences within the energetic field of the body.
Many of the ancient Indian traditions believe that Water is a powerful medium which can absorb and transmit subtle energies. It is believed to interact with some of the elements to create a balance between the energies within, and the good vibrations coming from the planets.
A review of judgment
Astrological remedies are mostly symbolic and differ from one birth chart to another. There is no one practice that applies to all and no one practice that guarantees any particular outcomes.
Psychologically, these rituals can offer a feeling of calm, routine and mental clarity. But they won’t replace action or professional help if you have serious personal or health issues.

The power of your intentions
