Vande Bharat sleeper and Amrit Bharat trains

Vande Bharat sleeper and Amrit Bharat trains: As Indian Railways looks to eliminate waitlisting on its network, Vande Bharat sleeper trains and Amrit Bharat Express trains will play a key role in long-distance overnight travel both for the aam aadmi and the premium train passengers. The two new trains may find mention in the Budget speech this year. Vande Bharat sleeper version is expected to be rolled out in the coming months.

5/6

Railway Budget focus on new lines

Railway Budget 2024: Focus on new railway lines has been a key area for Indian Railways and this year is expected to be no different. Given the capacity constraints on the existing Indian Railways network, new lines on highly dense routes will free up the network for faster movement of trains.

Railway Budget focus on safety
