How to link Aadhaar to Pension Account
The importance of linking Aadhaar with documents such as bank accounts, mobile numbers, passports, and others has increased as all government funded schemes and benefits are rooted from it.
Linking Aadhaar with your pension account will make it easier for government officials to verify all your details. Here is the online and offline process of linking Aadhaar to pension account:
Link Aadhaar to EPF account offline
To help the employees and pensioners who are not familiar with computers, the EPFO has started the Aadhaar-EPF seeding process offline. With the EPF Aadhaar Seeding Application form, you can fill in all your details and submit it to the officials at the EPFO office. You need to also provide self-attested copies of your UAN, PAN, and Aadhaar with this form. Once the details submitted by you is verified, your Aadhaar number will be linked to your EPF account and you will receive a message on your mobile or email ID.

By using the EPFO online facility, you can link your Aadhaar to EPF easily seating at your home. You just have to login to the EPFO Unified EPF Portal by using the UAN number and password login. Now, from the dropdown menu, select KYC. After you select the KYC, you will get options to fill in the bank details, PAN details, Aadhaar number, passport, driving license, election card details, and ration card details. Next, find a section where you need to enter your Aadhaar number and name as it appears on your Aadhaar card. Once the process is complete, you can view it under pending KYC option. Once your details are verified and approved by officials, your Aadhaar status will be available in "Approved KYC" section.

True, The time given by Supreme Court and EPFO to do all paper work and understanding is not enough the time they have taken to come to conclusion in stages. The local EPFO offices do not have answers to many questions neither the central office gives reply. EPFO is giving some clarifications on piecemeal basis and no proper clarifications and calculations cases have been put on website for better understanding. Despite having all details and PPO, I am not able to get UAN from EPFO online. How do I apply without UAN? Despite so many other parameters, why this one given so much importance? The PAN, Aadhar, PPO NO all have no importance as application starts with UAN No.I see many people struggling on UAN and other matters in regional offices. But they are not getting answers.
