How to link Aadhaar to PNB Bank account
As per government of India notification, all bank accounts need to be updated with Aadhaar number and authenticated with biometric or Yes-No facility.
In order to facilitate this process, the Punjab National Bank or PNB Bank has created a secure web page through which you can link your PNB Bank account to the Aadhaar number easily sitting at home.
But before initiating the Aadhaar seeding process, make sure that you have registered a functional mobile number in your Aadhaar details as the Aadhaar-PNB account linking process is OTP based and the OTP is sent only to the Aadhaar registered mobile number.
Once you have cross checked your Aadhaar details, follow the steps given below to update your 12-digit Aadhaar number to your PNB bank account:
1) Go the online website of PNB - https://www.pnbindia.in
2) Click on the 'Update Aadhaar' link provide on the right side of the page
3) It will redirect you to a new page where you need to click on "CLICK HERE FOR OTP BASED AADHAAR SEEDING"
4) Once you click on the link, it will redirect you to Aadhaar seeding page
5) You need to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number in the space provided and click on 'Continue'
6) You will receive an OTP on your Aadhaar registered mobile number, enter that OTP
7) Once the OTP is validated, you will be shown your personal details. Check the details and Confirm
