NEW DELHI: Banks will remain closed for up to 10 days in November, according to the Reserve Bank of India. This includes second and fourth Saturdays and Sundays.
List of bank holidays in November:
- On November 1, banks will remain shut in Bengaluru and and Imphal on account of Kannada Rajyotsav/Kut.
- Guru Nanak Jayanti/Kartik Purnima falls on November 8.
Banks will remain shut in all cities except Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Agartala, Gangtok, Guwahati, Imphal, Kochi, Panaji, Shillong, Patna and Trivandrum.
- On November 11, banks will remain shut in Bengaluru and Shillong on account of Kanakadasa Jayanthi/Wangala.
- On November 23, banks will be shut in Shillong on account of Seng Kutsnem.
