Electoral Bonds: Reddys of Megha Engineering see wealth surge

Hyderabad: P Pitchi Reddy and P V Krishna Reddy, the promoters of Megha Engineering that emerged as the second-largest donor of electoral bonds at Rs 1,232 crore, saw their wealth jump 53% and 51%, respectively. P P Reddy and PV Krishna Reddy, who are worth about $6 billion each, are the richest persons from Hyderabad after Divi's Labs promoter Murali Divi & family ($7 billion), Hurun Global Rich List 2024 showed. The uncle and nephew duo moved up 305 and 303 places to the 536th and 561st positions, respectively, in the global rich list.
