JP Morgan, to that matter any tech company, is not foolish to pay huge salaries to third rated techies. Salaries are paid as per the prevailing industrial standards in each country. Indian techies are bringing laurels to our country by their hard work and devotion to their duty and are important source of earning foreign exchange. If those techies come back to India, most of them will definitely get good employment in the multinationals due to their on site experience with foreign clients, thereby occupying the jobs otherwise going to our residents, adding to the existing un-employment problems in our country. People should realise the reality and stop cursing the N.R.Is.Read allPost comment
