Addressing residents and stakeholders, the Commissioner emphasised that consistent, small-scale actions at the society level can collectively transform city-wide environmental standards. He encouraged housing communities across Pune and beyond to adopt similar frameworks of accountability and innovation.Rohan Mithila – 1 was honoured as Society of the Year, while Rohan Nilay and Rohan Garima were recognised for operational excellence. Special Initiative Awards acknowledged focused contributions in wellness, energy efficiency, and eco-conscious practices, with emerging communities showcasing progressive governance innovation.The evaluation was conducted by a senior jury panel comprising architects with over three decades of professional expertise, ensuring a transparent and technically robust selection process.The ceremony was also graced by Maneesha Koshti, Secretary, Pune District Co-operative Housing Federation, and Mrudgandha Joshi, Director, Pune District Co-operative Housing Federation.With a 33-year legacy, a sustained CRISIL DA2+ rating for over 15 years1, and membership in the United Nations Global Compact, Rohan Builders reaffirmed its belief that responsible development extends well beyond possession into long-term community stewardship.
