Allu Arjun’s Rs 100 crore Jubilee Hills mansion: A peek into the 'Pushpa' star's all-white, 'box-shaped' home

Allu Arjun’s lavishness is not limited to his films, it extends to his Hyderabad house as well. Situated in Jubilee Hills, the core of Hyderabad, the actor’s dwelling exudes lavishness. Surrounded by plenty of greenery, Allu Arjun’s Hyderabad mansion is built in a contemporary, simple yet stylish, clutter-free manner, symbolizing the star's affection for peaceful living.According to Houzz, the size of Allu Arjun's home is 8,000 square feet (743.2 square metres) on a two acre plot (8093.7 square metre) and has been designed by Aamir Sharma of Aamir & Hameeda Associates. Sharma revealed how the brief shared with them was to "create a box-shaped home with a minimalist design aesthetic that camouflaged the interiors." “The client gave me a skeletal brief to work with. There were no restrictions, and I had a free rein on the design and the materials to be used in the house,” Sharma stated.Reportedly, the house is a long, low building that looks like it’s floating. It has a flat roof, a clean white exterior, and very simple, straight lines. From the front, it looks very minimal, there are no windows or decorations at all, except for one thin, horizontal strip of glass that cuts across the white wall. “The client wanted windows in the front. But we wanted to add a bit of mystery to the design, so we convinced him to do away with them. Also architecturally speaking, more windows don’t always mean more cross ventilation,” Sharma revealed.According to Housing.com, the structure looks bold from the outside with its sharp lines and white finishing. The home design is minimalistic with no excess decoration. Its core aesthetic is minimalism. The door connects to brilliantly and abundantly sunlit living spaces that render the house beautiful yet serene. The living room is one of the most beautiful parts of the house. It has soft neutral shades, comfortable sofas, indoor plants, and classy lighting. A separate family area displays framed photographs, books, and décor pieces that show the actor’s personal life. The kitchen continues the same white theme and has a wooden island where the family often spends time together. The dining area is modest, clean, and suitable for intimate gatherings.The kids rooms are bright and cheerful. They reflect the cheerful nature of each child. Stacks of toys and books give the rooms a very youthful and cheerful look. Beyond the main building, a swimming pool merges with the carefree look of the house. Surrounded by greenery and open seating, it is a favourite place for family time and weekend relaxation. The garden and outdoor areas often appear in the actor’s social media posts.On the work front, Allu Arjun is gearing up for the filming of 'AA22xA6', a pan-Indian project announced to be helmed by Atlee.
