Sula to distribute William Grant brands

Rajeev Samant of Sula Vineyards, the poster boy of India's fledgling wine industry, is expanding his alcobev interests. His company has struck a distribution deal with Scotch giant William Grant & Sons to push some of the latter's brands into India. Sula will take up distribution of Balvenie Single Malt and Hendrick's Gin, adding more lifestyle flavour to its brand portfolio.Sula, in which the founding family of global brewing giant InBev picked up stake, already has a distribution game on with Remy Martin, the specialist Cognac fine champagne.
