It's a day to say Satyamev Jayate, Congress party has become the shop of corruption and not love. CM Siddaramaiah, are you alleging a governor of the SC community and high court, for conspiracy? High Court has said that your family has benefitted from this MUDA scam. Not only your plea have been dismissed but you have not provided even the minimal relief. You must resign.
When this land was distributed many leaders from the JDS, BJP multiple leaders got it. It happened during BJP's rule in Karnataka. There was a judgement today but the CM of Karnataka will explore other possibilities. It is not the end of the road. BJP saying 'Satyameva Jayate'- I want to laugh at it. We know who a convicted CM was and that was B. S. Yediyurappa, convicted for corruption. What did he do? He left the party, but they called him back.
The Karnataka high court has dealt a significant blow to chief minister Siddaramaiah by rejecting his petition that challenged the Governor's sanction to probe complaints against him in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) alternative sites controversy.
Read moreBJP wants to discredit us with corruption charges. The Karnataka CM is not involved in the scam. The land is not in his name. The compensatory land was not given during the Congress rule it was given during the BJP rule. Why is Governor being so selective in giving the prosecution sanctions only to one person? The offices of Governors in all the states are being used by the BJP to install their governments. It has not been established that the Chief Minister is involved in it. The truth will only come out when the investigation is conducted.
Earlier also we had clearly told that in MUDA scam the CM was directly involved and their families are the beneficiaries. We took out padyatra from Bengaluru to Mysuru demanding the resignation of the corrupt Chief Minister. The matter reached the Governor's office and the Governor after going through the papers and consultation with experts permitted prosecution. The CM and their cabinet colleagues alleged so many things against the Governor's office. Now when the matter reached the HC, today the HC clearly said in its verdict that the Governor's action was as per the law. The judgement indicates that the CM and his family are involved in the scam. We have been demanding the resignation of the CM from the last two months in the MUDA scam. I hope CM Siddaramaiah respects the verdict of the HC and resigns.

Today the high court rejected the petition. It's definitely a win for us. It's a justice for truth. The bench felt that the order of the governor was maintainable and required enquiry order had been pronounced. It's a justice for our struggle, we'll continue our fight for justice. We provided all required documents in Special Courts For People's Representatives as well. We are expecting an enquiry order from the Special Courts For People's Representatives.

Read moreWe are all expecting justice naturally. I am sure there will be a verdict in the favour of chief minister because there is no instance where the CM himself ordered or orally given instructions. When there is no mistake on his part, naturally he will get justice.
