Amid suspense over the peace negotiations, Iran's judiciary chief Gholam-hossein Mohseni-Ejei has urged full military and institutional readiness, claiming that a “defeated” US-Israeli coalition may be preparing for renewed aggression. Speaking to senior judicial officials, he described recent confrontations as an “existential war” that failed to achieve its objectives but could escalate again. His remarks come amid heightened strain following reports of a US naval blockade and the seizure of an Iranian-flagged vessel near the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran has condemned these actions as violations of a ceasefire and acts of war.
