Stock market recommendations: According to Somil Mehta, Head - Alternate Research, Capital Market Strategy, Mirae Asset Sharekhan, JSW Steel, and Titan are the top stocks to buy today:
JSW Steel – Buy in the range between Rs 1075 & Rs 1085; Stop Loss: Rs 1038; Target: Rs 1170

JSW Steel has broken out of a small consolidation and expected to resume the uptrend. Momentum indicators have also given a positive crossover above the zero line. The stock has been consolidating in a broad range since last week and has closed above 20 daily moving average i.e. 1044, resuming the up trend today. Key resistance is 1100 & 1170 and support is at 1050 and 1038.

Titan – Buy in the range between Rs 3550 & Rs 3560; Stop Loss: Rs 3411; Target: Rs 3850

Titan has broken out of a bullish triangle pattern and expected to resume the uptrend. The stock has been consolidating since last month and has taken support at 200 daily moving average i.e. 3411. Momentum indicator has given positive crossover around the zero line. The stock is expected to continue the up trend till the previous swing high i.e. 3850. Key resistance is at 3720 & 3850 and support is at 3470 and 3411.
