Indian health tech startup Clirnet set for global expansion
Clirnet, a homegrown digital health-tech platform designed for healthcare professionals (HCPs), is embarking on an expansion strategy targeting markets in South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Europe.
Positioned as the world's foremost user-generated content (UGC) platform for doctors, Clirnet aims to connect healthcare professionals globally. The platform, founded by Saurav Kasera and recognized as a Stanford Seed company, has earned its place among the top 100 health tech companies in South Asia, according to the Holon IQ Survey 2022.
Saurav Kasera, co-founder of Clirnet, shared the company's vision, stating, "Under the banner of 'Healthcare beyond Horizon,’ Clirnet will connect HCPs across the globe, enabling doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to collaborate, share insights, and access the latest medical advancements in real-time. In the next year, Clirnet is targeting to enroll over 1 million HCPs in South/South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Europe."
The platform's AI-driven MedWiki features an extensive database of over five lakh multimedia medical articles, providing doctors worldwide with concise, up-to-date, specialty-specific scientific discourse.
Clirnet's impact on the clinical decision-making process has been substantiated by a study conducted by researchers from IIM-Bangalore and HEC-Paris, revealing an impressive 89% positive influence on its doctor members' clinical decisions, as stated by the company.
