Harshil bowls SCA ‘A’ to easy victory

Ahmedabad: Savita Cricket Academy (SCA) ‘A’ routed Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) by eight wickets in their match at SPCT U-12 Cricket Tournament here on Tuesday. Batting first, AMC were all out for 70 in 30.3 overs. Om (25) was their top-scorer, while Harshil Gupta took three for 14. SCA ‘A’ then reached the target in just 11.2 overs losing two wickets. Neel scored 24, while Shaurya Yadav (11 unbeaten) provided the finishing touches. In another match on Tuesday, Sharp Shooters FC defeated Chota Udepur Police Academy 6-5 in the penalty shootout after both teams were tied 2-2 at the end of the regulation time. For Sharp Shooters FC, Pravin Damor and Sonu Chaudhary scored, while Arjun Rathwa and Sukaram Rathwa were on target for Chota Udaipur Police Academy.
