PRAYAGRAJ: The

UP Exam Regulatory Authority

(ERA) based in

Prayagraj

is expected to be entrusted with the responsibility of conducting recruitment examinations for filling up vacant posts of teachers in government-aided Sanskrit secondary schools of the state.

In a meeting held recently, UP basic education minister Satish Dwivedi told director Sarvendra Vikram Bahadur Singh and ERA secretary Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay to complete the recruitment of teachers by coordinating with secondary education department.

Total 1,471 posts of teachers are lying vacant in 567 Sanskrit schools in UP.
