Residents of Prestige South Ridge Apartment in Banashankari 3rd Stage hosted a flower show with a bamboo theme, showcasing creativity and community spirit. The society comprises 264 flats, with around 800 people residing there. The event was organised entirely within the apartment complex.
All bamboo structures were home-grown, and the apartment’s gardening team, led by the managing committee, transformed them into a scenic display. “We wanted something green, scenic, and inspiring for the residents. It is reminiscent of the Lalbagh flower show happening in the city. We wanted our residents to enjoy a similar experience without having to travel far,” said Kiran Hebbar, who oversees the landscape and garden portfolio.
The flower park used around nine fully grown bamboo trees from the complex.
