PDO caught with ₹2L bribe
Bengaluru: The Lokayukta police on Thursday trapped a Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) from Agalakuppe, Nelamangala, while he was accepting a bribe of Rs two lakh from a landowner to transfer land khata. Lokayukta police said accused N Narasimhamurthy had demanded Rs six lakhs from the complainant and was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe. TNN
