"The biopic based on
Vijaya Raje
Scindia, Ek Thi Rani Aisi Bhi, which has sown new thoughts in the Indian politics, has been declared tax free in Madhya Pradesh. The film would be released across the country on April 21'', stated an official communique.
The historical drama is directed by Gul Bahar Singh and starring BJP MP and actress Hema Malini, who portrays Vijaya Raje Scindia.
Praising the film, chief minister Chouhan has appealed the public to watch the film and take inspiration from Vijaya Raje's life.
"I urge everyone to watch the film EK This Rani Aisi Bhi' on Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia's life and take inspiration from her sincerity and devotion'', tweeted Chouhan.
He further said, "A role model, Rajmata's contribution to development of MP is phenomenal. She played a key role in shaping BJP's policies and programmes''.

Mridula Sinha
, Governor of Goa, was based on her book 'Rajpath Se Lokpath'. It touches the life, lifestyle, struggles, victories, defeats, Vijaya Raje's thoughts and their significance in the present and future context, stated the release.
