MP wins best tourism state award

Bhopal: The state tourism department has received the 'Best Tourism State of the Year' accolade at the Travel and Tourism Conclave and Awards in New Delhi. This acknowledgement highlights the state's outstanding accomplishments in developing its tourism sector.The department continues to implement innovative strategies to showcase the state's distinctive landscapes, cultural legacy, and exceptional tourist attractions. Through focused initiatives, the department enhanced tourist facilities, improved accessibility to various destinations, and generated employment prospects for local residents. These efforts established Madhya Pradesh as a favoured choice amongst national and international visitors.Principal secretary tourism and MD of MP Tourism Board Sheo Shekhar Shukla said, "This award will further accelerate our efforts to provide a unique experience to tourists in the state.
