PWD clerk slips, dies on terrace in Bhopal

BHOPAL: A 30-year-old man, posted as a clerk in PWD, accidentally slipped on the terrace of his house in Bairagarh locality five days back. He sustained severe head injury and was rushed to a hospital where he died while undergoing treatment on Saturday.

Acting on information, Bairagarh police registered a case and started investigation.

SHO Bairagarh DP Singh said that the deceased Ritesh Lakhani, 30, a resident of Bairagarh, was posted as a clerk in PWD. He was the only son of his parents and has a sister. He was walking on the terrace of his home at night on August 8, after dinner.

While walking, he accidentally slipped and fell on the ground. He sustained severe head injury and was rushed to a hospital where he died while undergoing treatment on Saturday. Acting on information, Bairagarh police registered a case and started investigation.
