BHUBANESWAR: Governor Ganeshi Lal and chief minister Naveen Patnaik congratulated makers of Odia film “Pratikshya” for being selected to be screened at the 53rd International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Goa, on November 20. “Odia film Pratikshya to be selected for screening in feature film section is a matter of pride for Odisha. I extend my best wishes and greetings to producer, director and actors of the film,” CM said in his tweet on Monday.
The governor also congratulated the entire team of the film. In a tweet, his office stated Honble Governor is happy to learn that Odia film Pratikshya has been selected to be screened as part of the Indian Panorama of @IFFIGoa, organised by @nfdcindia and congratulated Director of the film, Sri Anupam Patnaik and others associated with this. Pratikshya is the only Odia film along with 24 other films in the feature film section.
