Hry joblessness rose to record 37.4%: Hooda

Bhupinder Singh Hooda, leader of the opposition in the state of Chandigarh, said on Monday that Haryana continued to be the country's number one state in unemployment. According to the latest data from the Center for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), Haryana had a 374% unemployment rate, which is 45 times more than the national average. Hooda said this was a serious issue and called on the government to take action to address it.
