Panchkula: With Haryana yet to issue any written orders on halting construction of stilt plus four floor buildings, a delegation of Haryana State HUDA Sectors Federation (HSHSC), met former Army chief Gen V P Malik (retd) at his residence in Sector 6 to discuss their future strategy.
Mahender Balhara, convener, HSHSC, Panchkula, said they have decided to fight the issue together and their signature campaign throughout Haryana was about to end.
Gen Malik told HSHSC members that he had requested chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar to provide the orders of the stay in writing. "If these constructions are not be stopped on time, they will create a massive problem," warned Gen Malik.
