Resource coordinators have their tasks cut out

As per the order, URC and CRC coordinators will support the entire schooling system from Class I to XII.
The CRC and URCs will have to visit at least 2-3 classes and record the observation, monitor the conduct of remedial classes, keep record of student achievements regularly and to update this record after every evaluation, discuss hard spots with school head, prepare action plan and question banks in all the subjects for all the classes till secondary level and execute the same in their respective schools, give demo lessons according to subject specialization, give feedback of the teachers to the heads concerned.
They will have to discuss the inputs and experiences gathered with the colleagues and their member schools after attending any training programmes/workshops/seminars and organize monthly meetings to discuss academic issues and design strategies for better school performance.

, the UT education department has defined roles and responsibilities of cluster resource centre and coordinators (CRCCs) and urban resource centre and coordinators (URCCs) under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
