Expressing grief at the demise of Marshal Arjan Singh, Badungar lauded his contribution to the defence services of the country. Marshal Arjan Singh passed away on September 16 at Army Research and Referral Hospital, Delhi. His last rites would be performed in Delhi on Monday.
