V-P hails Hry, says its athletes got India’s 33% Asiad medals

HISAR: After inaugurating a three-day agriculture fair at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University on Sunday, Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar called upon farmers to start a “trade related to agricultural products, along with farming.” “It should start from Haryana itself because the milk, curd and ghee is amazing. The result has also been seen in Asian Games,” Dhankhar said.

“Haryana’s farmers, soldiers and players are famous. For the first time in Asian Games, India has scored a century of medals. One-third of these medals are contribution of Haryana athletes. It is big. Sons and daughters of farmers should learn marketing,” Dhankar said.
