teenager
made a hoax bomb call to the Chennai city police on Sunday, threatening to hurl petrol bombs on DMK leader

The Chennai city police control room received the call at 8pm on Sunday.
Police beefed up security at Stalin’s house. A police team led by the bomb detection and disposal squad conducted a thorough search at Stalin’s house. Later, they declared it a hoax call.
Meanwhile, the police traced the caller. The hoax call was made by Bhuvanesh Kumar, 17, a native of Koonimedu near
Villupuram
. Bhuvanesh was suffering from learning difficulties and was under medication, they said.
The police sent him to the Institute of Mental Health here.
