Veranda post ₹130cr net in FY26, its 1st profitable year since listing
Chennai: Veranda Learning Solutions reported a net profit of Rs 129.7 crore for FY26, compared to net loss of Rs 251 crore in FY25, marking its first full-year profitable year since listing since 2022.
Its revenue from operations for the financial year increased 35% on a yearly basis to Rs 482 crore. EBITDA increased 135% and stood at Rs 204 crore, while the EBITDA margins rose to 42.4%.
Suresh S Kalpathi, executive director and chairman of Veranda Learning Solutions, said, “The FY26 performance is supported by sustained momentum in student enrolments, expansion of our course portfolio and healthy traction across both online and offline formats.”
Overall enrolments for FY26 grew by 21% to 2.6 lakhs and collections increased by 40% primarily driven by commerce and govt test prep.
Veranda Learning shareholders approved the proposed demerger of the commerce entity after the national company law tribunal (NCLT) approved the scheme, with final regulatory nods expected by mid July. He said this would help the company focus on its core academics and govt test preparation businesses.
