Two college students killed in accident

TIRUPUR: Two college students on the way to Coimbatore were killed after the motorcycle in which they were travelling, crashed into a median on the Salem-Kochi national highway near Perumanallur here on Saturday.


The victims, S Manikandan, 19, of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in Villupuram and S Santha Kumar, 19, of Mani Nagar in Villupuram, were students of a private college. They sustained severe head injuries and died on the spot.
