Mussoorie: A 25-year-old man died after the water tanker he was driving plunged nearly 50 metres into a gorge near Gajji Bend on the Mussoorie-Dehradun road at around 6am on Thursday.
According to police, Aswal had filled the tanker with water at Mussoorie Jheel and was on his way to supply water in Mussoorie when the vehicle veered off the road and fell into the gorge.
The matter is under investigation to ascertain the cause of the accident, police said.
