The city’s first fog spell of the season further worsened air quality and caused flight disruptions. Meanwhile, neighboring regions like Gazipur, Mandi Gobindgarh, and Chandigarh also saw alarming AQI levels, with Chandigarh exceeding 400, highlighting the widespread pollution impact across the region.
