In the video, the woman is seen yelling and abusing her husband over undisclosed issues. Days later, Khurana was found dead in his bedroom in what police suspect to be a suicide.

Khurana, who owned a bakery in Kalyan Vihar, had recorded a 59-minute video detailing alleged harassment by his wife and in-laws.

In the video, Khurana claimed he was being pressured to pay an additional Rs 10 lakh beyond the mutually agreed divorce settlement, a demand he said was beyond his capacity.

The CCTV footage now corroborates allegations of strained relations between the couple.

The businessman’s family has accused his wife and her relatives of mentally torturing him, alleging this led to his extreme step. “She, her sister, and her parents mentally harassed him,” Khurana’s sister said. His mother added, “We want justice for him.”

The family revealed that Khurana’s recorded video provides detailed accounts of the alleged abuse, which included disputes over financial and business matters.

The video, now in police custody, outlines the sequence of events and his final words, blaming his wife and in-laws for his distress.

Khurana and his wife, married in 2016, had initiated mutual divorce proceedings six months ago due to irreconcilable differences. Sources revealed that arguments over property and financial settlements frequently escalated.

An audio recording of a conversation between the couple has also surfaced, where the wife is allegedly heard accusing Khurana of defamation and pressing for monetary demands.

An Instagram post shared by Khurana’s wife accused him of "toxicity and narcissistic abuse." The post was deleted shortly after being uploaded, raising further questions about its intent and timing. Attempts to contact her for clarification have remained unanswered.

The police are examining the CCTV footage, Khurana’s video, and other evidence submitted by the family.

An ACP-level officer is leading the investigation. Deputy commissioner of police (Northwest) Bhisham Singh confirmed that statements from both families are being recorded, and forensic analysis of Khurana’s phone is underway.

Meanwhile, the wife and her family have made counter-allegations, claiming harassment by Khurana’s family. “Both sides have leveled serious accusations. We are thoroughly investigating all angles,” a senior officer said.
