Lookout notice against sex racket kingpin

New Delhi: Police have intensified their hunt for

, the key henchman of the human trafficking racket busted a few days ago.

The crime branch of Delhi Police has alerted all airports and even issued a

lookout notice

against him. Billi has been absconding since the

kingpin

couple — Afaq Hussain and Saira Begum — were arrested on August 25.

A senior officer said they have identified three more kingpins of the flesh trade run at GB Road in central Delhi — Rashid Kashmiri, Shehnaz and Anu.

As the human trafficking nexus is spread to Nepal and other countries, the police suspect that Billi may be trying to escape the country. Joint CP (crime) Ravindra Yadav said that three teams have been formed to trace Billi and raids are being conducted.

Meanwhile, the police have begun the process for attaching the properties of the kingpin couple. The kothas will be sealed next week. “Billi updated Afaq in the everyday affairs of the gang through phone. Mumtaz, Shilpa and Beena helped him manage the kotha. They got a salary of Rs 25,000-30,000 per month,” said DCP Bhisham Singh. Billi bribed some local cops to keep the business going.
