Speaking to the media after casting her vote on Wednesday, Trisha stated, "People want a change now as they are tired of this government. This government has failed to deliver. They make promises but give a lot of excuses. I am fully confident that BJP is going to win this time."

Polling for the 70-member Delhi Assembly began on Wednesday, with voters heading to the booths amid stringent security measures.

As Delhi’s electorate casts their ballots, the stakes are high, with the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) vying for a third term and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) making an aggressive push to reclaim power.

Parvesh Verma, is contesting against Arvind Kejriwal of AAP and Congress’ Sandeep Dikshit for the high-profile New Delhi seat. The seat has become one of the most talked-about constituencies, with all eyes on the fierce battle between these prominent political figures.

In the lead-up to polling day, Parvesh Verma launched a campaign titled "Remove Kejriwal, Save the Nation," accusing the incumbent AAP government of failing to deliver on key promises.

Verma’s campaign has been heavily critical of the Delhi government’s management, particularly in addressing issues such as pollution, women’s safety, and public infrastructure. He has also highlighted the unfulfilled promise to clean the Yamuna River, one of the key environmental issues in the city.
