Goa: Bengaluru tourist dies in accident at Dharbandora

PONDA: Vinod Kumar Krishnappa, 31, a tourist from Bengaluru, Karnataka, died on the spot after the car he was driving skidded off the road near Bhumikanagar, Dharbandora, and fell 10-feet down the road.

The other occupants Venkatraju Nagaraju, 38, Moniraju Juniappa, 40, and Lokesh Jangappa, 40, all residents of Bengaluru sustained injuries. While Juniappa and Jangappa had been discharged after treating their minor injuries at Dharbandora Primary Health Center at Piliem, Nagaraju was referred to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) at Bambolim for further treatment.
